On tuesday the german premiere of Hancock took place, the new Sony Pictures movie starring Will Smith and Charlize Theron.

Hollywood star Will Smith got down with the fans at the UK premiere of the his new film, Hancock, in London Wednesday — by taking pictures of himself on their cameras.

The star — who wore a black suit at the event in London’s Leicester Square — walked down the red carpet, greeting autograph-hunters and taking pictures on fans’ cameras of himself posing with them. He was joined by co-stars Charlize Theron and Jason Bateman.

Will Smith, Charlize Theron and Jason Bateman are among the stars attending the premiere of Hancock, a film about a bungling superhero.

Smith plays the title character, who manages to do jaw-dropping damage during his well-intentioned bids to save lives.

I just added some new HQ ‘Hancock’ stills to the gallery. I’m so excited for this movie! I’ve got tons of Will pictures saved on my PC but as you can imagine, there are a lot of pictures of him so it’s taking me a little while to upload them all. But I’m going to get there!

Will Smith’s trail of hits continued last Christmas with the huge international blockbuster I Am Legend, and it’s only going to be a few more weeks before he hits the big screen again. For in early July, he becomes the reluctant superhero Hancock.

It’s a film that’s been plagued by reports of late reshoots and ‘challenging’ test screenings, although some may argue that that’s par for the course where the modern blockbuster is concerned. On the plus side, the trailer has been going down quite well, and we’ve got the full UK promo that’s playing in cinemas below. Then down at the bottom is a fresh behind-the-scenes promo video too.

HOLLYWOOD heavyweights Will Smith and Charlize Theron have had their trip to Sydney cancelled because the print of their flick, Hancock, won’t be ready to make the journey with them.
Smith had personally nominated Sydney as the city to host the world premiere for the super-hero comedy film, with the A-listers to have walked the red carpet at the Entertainment Quarter on June 10.

But due to the print delay, the Harbour City has unfortunately been shafted, with Hancock now scheduled to debut in France a week later.

Now I have seen the trailer to the movie Hancock that stars Will Smith and must say oh yeah loving it to bits, it looks hot with lots of action packed mayhem with lots of fun factor funny, and a good story line as well which many films do not have. Well there is some sad and bad news people, the bad news is that the movie’s world premiere had been scheduled to happen next month in Australia, everyone including Peter Berg and Will Smith was scheduled to attend but not so much now.

The movie’s premiere has been unceremoniously cancelled, but why? Well here is the reason which is quite disturbing really, the reason the premiere has been cancelled is because some sources say that the film will NOT be ready and that they will not have a print. Apparently the movie needs re-shoots, oh man this has really peed me off because this film looks hot and with the movie set to open worldwide on July 2nd seems a little to good to be true. (more…)
